Community numbers are designed to work with Gated Communities, Condominiums and Apartment Complexes where individual property signs are not allowed, discouraged due to unsightliness or not visible to the public. A participating community/complex will be assigned a “community number” and a permanent TakeAFlyer.com sign will be posted on the exterior of the property visible to the public. The Realtor or Property Owner will post their For Sale/For Rent listing on TakeAFlyer.com and then associate their listing with their community. So when that community number is entered in TakeAFlyer.com, all the available properties within that community will be displayed.
